WEEE Information for SPX Customers and Recyclers

The Waste Electronic and Electrical Equipment directive (2002/96/EC) (known as the "WEEE Directive"), is an environmental directive, which recently came into force in the European Union countries. The aim of the directive is to reduce the impact of increased volumes of Electrical & Electronic waste on the environment.

SPX Service Solutions fully supports this directive and in conjunction with many of our suppliers offers our customers a process to return WEEE to our designated recycling centres throughout Europe.
